The program that I'm studying this session is Business management, and it will concern every person like me who would like to become an entrepreneur as their future career. Balance sheet
noun
a statement of the assets, liabilities, and capital of a business or other organization at a particular point in time, detailing the balance of income and expenditure over the preceding period.
Example: A company can see its balance sheet every year.

Bank loan
noun
Money borrowed from a bank.
Example: A company received a bank loan to buy a factory.

Bankruptcy
noun
the state of being completely lacking in a particular quality or value.
Example: A company has to stop because of a bankruptcy

noun
The practice of making one's living by engaging in commerce.
Example: This guy is working in a clothing business

Contract
noun
An agreement between two or more parties to do or not do something specified.
Example: The entrepreneur and the supplier signed a contract.

Credit card
noun
a small plastic card issued by a bank, business, etc., allowing the holder to purchase goods or services on credit.
Example: I gave my credit-card number.

Customer
noun
a person or organization that buys goods or services from a store or business.
Example: A company sells its products and services to customers.

Something, typically money, that is owed or due.
Example: A company has debt to pay on its credit card.

noun
a person or institution that owes a sum of money.
Example: A debtor owes money to the bank.

noun
A deduction from the usual cost of something.
Example: The supplier offers a discount on his products to an entrepreneur.

a person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.
Example: An entrepreneur runs a company to make money

noun
The management of revenues; the conduct or transaction of money matters.
Example: the firm's finance department.

the department of a business or organization that deals with the hiring, administration, and training of personnel.
Example: A company needs human ressources to hire new employees

noun
The action or process of investing money for profit.
Example: A shareholder do an investment by buying stocks.

noun
the person who leads or commands a group or organization
Example: The human ressources are following a leader.

Net earnings
noun
The total revenue in an accounting period minus all expenses during the same period.
Example: A company can see on their balance sheet its net earnings.

noun
a financial gain, especially the difference between the amount earned and the amount spent in buying, operating, or producing something.
Example: A rich company makes a lot of profit.

Stocks
noun
a share which entitles the holder to a fixed dividend, whose payment takes priority over that of common-stock dividends.
Example: A shareholder can sell his stocks.
